Primary (All subjects and level)

Primary tuition throughout the year for students in KS1, KS2, 11+, SATS and COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMS. We specialise in bespoke one-to-one and small-group tuition. All subjects are tutored, and tuition is designed to improve subject knowledge and boost confidence in core subjects, including English (Reading, Spelling and Comprehension), Maths and Science. All primary tuition carried out closely follows the National Curriculum for KS1 and KS2.

With 11+ exams we will work with you and your child on their academic journey to success in the 11+. At HAF tutors we will provide support in all areas. We will help students explore underlying themes of text, language and vocabulary focus, inference, deduction, spelling, punctuation and grammar (SPAG), help with a range of language enrichment strategies and make your child a HAF tutors champion of the 11+ exams. 

We will carry out intensive training for all levels of primary tests, ensuring that the content is reviewed professionally and technically to increase the child's chances of passing and having a good history in hand throughout their trajectory. Covered exams:

In addition to this I will provide a mentoring and pastoral role. As a mentor and pastoral care: will help facilitate your child to build confidence, self esteem, identify clear and well informed goals, structure and organisation and assist them in structuring a strong self belief and congruent strategies that will help empower them for the future. I will help your child create a positive relationship with themselves, empowering them to move towards thinking, feeling and behaving in line of who they want to be, potential career choices, and how they want to live.
