Optometry Tuition

At HAF Optical and tutors we will allow you to discover the scientific principles that underpin core principals in optometry, what optometry life will be like when you transition into clinical practice. Lessons will be delivered utilising interactive and visual power points with images and videos. Teaching and learning will also include assessments and quizzes. One to one tuition will give a more in-depth study to the core principals required and will make you a much more confident and competent optometrist. If you feel that you would just like to go through revision for exams we can do this as well. This will be the first steps to becoming an optometrist and health care professional in the ever growing eye industry. • If finished GCSEs, completing or just completed A levels and would like a taster of basic theoretical modules, expectations and responsibilities as an optometrist and understanding of this particular route into this health care sector.

• Help with scheme of registration theoretical knowledge of competencies.
• Help with theoretical knowledge and content for objective structured clinical examination (OSCE).
• How to interpret and explain optical coherence tomography (OCT) images.
• One to one or group revision of different eye conditions, differential diagnosis, symptoms, signs, investigation, management and referral pathway.
